For 20 years I have held different positions in international companies and projects, developing project planning and management, people coordination and internal communication in the areas of Administration, Human Resources, Strategy, Planning and Institutional Learning.

In 2007 I moved from private to the social development sector, which allowed me to give a social projection to my work. I have dedicated myself to developing internal projects that make the work environment more efficient and collaborative.

Since October 2015 I am coordinating the design and implementation of a theory of change process at organizational and programmatic level at the NGO Educo, present in 14 countries around the world, using the theory U as a methodology.

My main interests are around change management processes, continuous learning, leadership, engagement, innovation, technology and music.
